I am Jenna, the heart and soul behind Golden Quiltworks!

My love for quilting began when I was just 11 years old with the help of my neighbour lady. While delivering newspapers on my local route one Saturday, Mrs. Penney asked if I’d like to learn how to make a quilt and I immediately said yes and ran home to tell my mom. I spent countless evenings, weekends and summer days in that sewing room, falling in love with the craft and the community surrounding it.

After becoming a mom, I found my way back to quilting and rediscovered how meaningful it is to create something beautiful with your hands. That journey eventually led me to longarm quilting and to opening Golden Quiltworks in 2025 – truly a dream come true!

I’m a mom of three, living in Port Rowan in Norfolk county and quilting has become both my creative outlet in my way of serving other makers. I know how much time, heart, and effort goes into every quilt top, and I treat each one I received with the same care I give my own.

Whether you’re sending me a quilt to be finished or trusting me to create a commissioned piece, my goal is always the same: to bring your quilt to life with beautiful stitching that enhances your work and helps preserve it for years to come.
